Shipping to Spain

We ship anywhere in Spain for a fix price of 2.95€, no matter the province. If you want information about international shipping go to the next section.

Orders of more than 30€ are shipped completely free.

Even though we offer a fix price for all the country, the delivery times differ for the orders sent outside the Peninsula. We always use the courier Correos to send our packages.

Delivery time for the Peninsula

The shipping time to the Peninsula is only 2 days. There is also a preparation and pickup time that can be up to 24 hours, which makes the total delivery from 2 to 3 business days.

Delivery time to Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla

Shipments to Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla take from 2 to 4 business days.

Transport Responsibility

Roits won’t assume any responsibilities when a product isn’t delivered due to a mistake in the data provided by the client or when the delivery isn’t possible due to causes that are outside of the courier’s responsibilities, like client’s absence or customs retention. The client is responsible for any extra cost associated to the shipping, like customs costs or any additional taxes.



International Shipping

Shipping to Europe

Shipping to the rest of Europe has a fix price of 6.95€. Orders worth more than 30€ are shipped free of charge.

Delivery times will vary between 7 and 15 business days, depending on the destination country.

Shipping outside Europe

We ship to the rest of the world for a fixed price of 9.95€. Again, orders worth more than 30€ will be shipped for free.

Delivery takes from 7 to 20 business days, depending on the destination country.


Changes or Returns

Changes or Returns Policy

Once an order is placed, you have 30 days to request a change or return of a product. The product must be unused in the original packaging and adequately protected to be eligible for a return. The client has to pay for any shipping costs unless the product is defective.

How to issue a Change or Return

If you want to change or return a product, contact us at and give us your order data. We need to know your name, e-mail, order number and the products you want to return. You will receive a response the same day with the next steps to take.
