At Roits we work hard so our shipments arrive at the destination as soon as possible. For that reason, it is very hard to make any change once an order is placed. For any change, send an e-mail to [email protected].

Once an order is placed, we will send you a confirmation e-mail. It is important that you check the spam inbox. If you cannot find your e-mail, contact us at [email protected].

Credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover and Paypal.

6. Is the payment secure?

A 100% secure. All the payment information goes directly to the bank or Paypal, we don’t keep any of it in our server.

7. How long do I have to wait for my socks to arrive?

Our shipments usually take 2-3 days to arrive in Spain. Our shipment courier doesn’t work during weekends.

Roits are shipped anywhere in the world.

9. How much does the shipping cost?
  • Orders worth more than 30€ are always shipped for free.
  • Orders from Spain have a price of 2.95€.
  • Orders from Europe have a price of 5.25€.
  • Orders from outside of Europe have a price of 6.10€.
10. How can I get a promotion code?

It is very easy. We offer different promotion codes from our social networks and newsletter. Follow us so you never miss these opportunities. Codes are introduced in the checkout or cart pages.

11. Is there stock of every model in the website?

Of course we have stock of every model. If there is ever a model out of stock, you will receive a message when you select the size of the corresponding product and you won’t be able to add it to your cart.

12. What should I do if I don’t receive my socks?

In that case, you should contact us at [email protected]. We assure you we will fix it as soon as possible.

13. Can I return the socks I ordered?

Of course. Once you place an order, you have 30 days to issue a change or a return of any product. The product you return must be unused, inside the packaging and properly protected. The client has to pay for all the shipping costs unless the product is defective.

14. How can I issue a change or return?

If you want to issue a change or return, contact us at [email protected] and give us your order data. We will need your name, e-mail, order number and the products you want to return. We will answer as soon as possible with further instructions.

15. What materials are Roits socks made of?

The materials differ depending on the category of the socks. Cotton is always the material with the most percentage, in order to provide comfort and a good absorption.

  • The composition of Casual socks is 80% combed cotton, 15% polyamide and 5% elastane.
  • The composition of Sport socks is 80% combed cotton, 7% polyamide and 13% elastane.

Our socks are manufactured in Valencia (Spain).

16. How should I wash the socks?

Wash them at 30º. It is also important not to wash them with bleach or use a dryer.
